Steve Maxwell – Forever Young

For this the tenth episode of Eat Sleep Grow Repeat we were joined by Gracie JiuJitsu 5th degree black belt Steve Maxwell. At 61 years of age Steve is still teaching JiuJitsu and Strength and Conditioning and is also a highly regarded kettlebell instructor. However, he is now very interested in aging well and after studying extensively around the world has become an expert in mobility training. It was after training in one of Steve’s enlightening seven hour mobility seminar’s that we conducted this interview.
